Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated legal research against professional standards.
• Verify accuracy and currency of cited cases, statutes, and regulations.
• Identify incorrect citations and provide clear written explanations.
• Distinguish binding from persuasive authority.
• Provide structured feedback and participate in calibration sessions.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in the domain of legal research or litigation.
• Regular use of Westlaw in current or recent professional work.
• Experience validating case law, statutes, and legal citations using KeyCite.
• Hold a J.D. and bar admission, or an MLIS with professional law librarian experience.
