• Range of commercial litigation experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition and courtroom experience
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic and legal writing credentials
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements

• 10+ years of litigation practice experience
• An active Colorado Bar license
• Some portable business is preferred but not required

Pay

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $200,000 - $230,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
