Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters in all Delaware State and Federal Courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery
• Develop and maintain portable business

Requirements

• 8+ years of litigation experience
• Active Delaware Bar membership (required)
• Active Bar membership in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or New York (a plus)
