About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Litigation Partner to join our esteemed full-service law firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a portable book of business to play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success. Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and argue motions.
• Collaborate with other members of the litigation team to develop case strategies.
• Leverage expertise in business development to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and expand the firm's reach.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and other staff members.
• Keep abreast of changes in law and inform the team of any updates that could impact our clients.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, positioning us as a leader in the field.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of 15 years of litigation experience, with a portable book of business.
• Extensive experience with depositions and a strong track record of successful outcomes.
• Proven business development skills, with the ability to attract and retain clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

Pay

$180,000 - $400,000 per year.
