Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation support in toxic tort matters
- Draft, organize, and respond to discovery
- Prepare deposition summaries and medical record summaries
- Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation
- Review, analyze, and organize large volumes of case documents
- Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and legal professionals throughout the litigation process
Qualifications
3-5 years of litigation experience.
