A growing and highly respected Mesothelioma/Asbestos law firm in Culver City is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team on a temp-to-hire basis. The firm is looking for a professional with strong litigation support experience who can immediately contribute to case management, discovery, and trial preparation.While technical skills are important, the firm places equal value on finding the right personality and cultural fit. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage discovery, including: Form InterrogatoriesSpecial InterrogatoriesRequests for Admission (RFAs)Requests for Production (RFPs)Utilize and customize discovery templates and shells as neededE-file documents in both California state and federal courtsMaintain and monitor litigation calendars and critical deadlinesAssist attorneys with trial preparation and case organizationSupport all phases of litigation from discovery through trial Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experienceExperience drafting and responding to discovery (templates provided)Strong knowledge of e-filing procedures in state and federal courtsExperience with calendaring litigation deadlinesTrial preparation experienceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Asbestos, toxic tort, personal injury, or mass tort litigation experience is a plusParalegal certificate is not required Top Requirements 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experienceExperience preparing discovery shells (templates provided)E-filing and calendaring expertiseTrial preparation experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
