Litigation Paralegal/Legal Asst
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and litigation teams through all phases of litigation
- Prepare, revise, organize, and file legal documents in state and federal courts
- Manage court deadlines, calendaring, scheduling, and case logistics
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
- Absorb and assist with discovery, document productions, exhibit preparation, and trial preparation
- Coordinate deposition materials, hearing binders, and trial support materials
- Handle document management and e-discovery organization
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and vendors
- Absorb and assist with administrative and case support functions necessary to keep matters moving efficiently
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or certificate in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field required
- Experience: Several years of litigation experience with familiarity throughout the litigation process, from case initiation through post-trial procedures. Experience in product liability and/or civil litigation is highly desired

Our Houston office is growing, and we are seeking a Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our team supporting complex litigation matters. This hybrid role combines substantive litigation support responsibilities with high-level legal administrative support in a fast-paced trial practice.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing both litigation tasks and day-to-day case support responsibilities. This position works closely with attorneys and litigation teams to help cases move efficiently from inception through trial. This is an on-site in-office position, Monday through Friday, located in the Galleria area of Houston.
