What you'll do

• Support attorneys who carry an active caseload and bill regularly
• Manage commercial and residential holdover and housing court matters
• Handle e-filing through NYSCEF
• Work residential landlord-tenant litigation from intake through resolution
• Keep pace with firm case management systems and workflows

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of NY-specific legal assistant experience, 5+ preferred
• Real estate litigation background, ideally landlord-tenant or housing court focused
• Ability to work directly with attorneys managing their own billable caseload

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 per year
