We’re looking for a motivated, highly organized paralegal to join our litigation team and play a key role in moving cases forward from intake through trial. About The Role In this position, you’ll support our attorneys across all stages of civil litigation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, takes initiative, and thrives on keeping complex caseloads organized and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other legal documentsPrepare and file documents with state and federal courts, including e-filingManage case calendars, including discovery deadlines, court dates, and statutes of limitationsOrganize and track discovery, including document production and reviewAssist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness binders, and trial notebooksCoordinate depositions, mediations, and hearingsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and vendorsMaintain organized, up-to-date case files Qualifications Paralegal experience in civil litigation (employment law experience strongly preferred)Solid working knowledge of legal drafting, court filing procedures, and discoveryExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlinesSelf-motivated and proactive, with a track record of taking initiativeResourceful problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and written communication skillsProficiency with Filevine and Microsoft Office a plus What We Offer Competitive salary of $55,000 – $65,000, based on experienceHealth insurancePaid time off (PTO)401(k) with employer matchingA supportive team environment with meaningful, impactful work How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to aosorio@theleachfirm.com with “Paralegal – Employment Law” in the subject line.
