Primary Responsibilities
- Trial preparation including witness binders, exhibits, electronic presentations, etc.
- Aid in creating and maintaining case chronologies, indices and case files
- Cite checking and proofreading pleadings and briefs
- Coordinate document productions
- Assist with trial logistics including setting up the war room, securing necessary equipment, and setting up files and exhibits in the courtroom
- Schedule and track depositions, filing deadlines and other case-related deadlines
Required Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation defense experience, ideally 10+ years
- Proficiency with iManage, Casemap, Relativity, Trial Director, Case Notebook or similar programs
- Public Entity experience highly preferred but not required

Compensation
Targeted salary range of $90k - $100k annually + eligible for annual discretionary bonus. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
