Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
- Manage case files, prepare legal documents, and coordinate discovery.
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
- Update client systems, including Legal Tracker and LPS (BKFS), and track client requirements and deadlines.
- Manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced legal environment.
Requirements
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a litigation setting.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and case management.
- Strong communication skills for client and opposing counsel interactions.
- Familiarity with Legal Tracker, LPS (BKFS), and other client systems.
