Litigation Paralegal
Responsibilities
- Aid attorneys in personal injury litigation from case initiation to trial readiness.
- Create, revise, and file legal documents like pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Track and manage court dates, deadlines, and case milestones to ensure timely progress.
Requirements
- At least 2-8 years of hands-on experience in personal injury litigation support or paralegal work.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience. Experience in personal injury litigation is preferred but not required.
Skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
