About the Role

Join a respected mid-sized firm in the heart of downtown Buffalo! Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative, professional legal team supporting a busy litigation practice. What You'll Do

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from intake through trial and appeal
• Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Manage case files, organize exhibits, and coordinate with clients, courts, and experts
• Track and meet billable hour requirements
• Assist with trial preparation and document management using firm systems and databases

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense, commercial, or general litigation preferred)
• Defense litigation preferred; Plaintiff experience is also acceptable
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal document management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Pay

Bi-weekly salary range: $55,000 – $68,000 USD
