Who You Are
- Paralegal with 2–4 years of experience supporting civil litigation teams
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
- Confident handling a wide range of legal documentation and familiar with litigation workflows from intake to trial prep
- Equipped with a solid understanding of legal terminology, filing procedures, and courtroom practices
- Comfortable drafting pleadings, motions, and supporting legal documentation with minimal supervision
- An excellent communicator, both in writing and in person, with a sharp eye for accuracy and tone
- Tech-savvy and organized, with strong research skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
What You’ll Do
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including reviewing records and organizing supporting materials
- Draft, proofread, and cite-check legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Conduct fact-finding and legal research to support active cases and strategic planning
- Manage case files and maintain document organization systems throughout the litigation process
- Track deadlines, filings, and court dates to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and outside counsel as needed to gather information or submit materials
- Support trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness materials, and logistics coordination

Pay
$80,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience
