Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Handling cases through all phases of litigation
• Preparing legal documents including pleadings, complaints, motions, summonses, drafting summaries and responses
• E-filing with state and federal courts
• Case management, and keeping files organized
• Calendaring
• Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, and other documents
• Preparing for trial, including creating exhibits, notebooks, and witness prep

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a billing paralegal that includes Texas cases
