About the Role

The Atlanta office of a national, full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their commercial litigation practice. This is a permanent, direct-hire position.

Responsibilities

• Performing legal research
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• E-filing with state and federal courts
• Calendaring and managing docket
• Preparing deposition materials and summaries
• Preparing trial notebooks and exhibits
• Assisting with depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience as a billing Litigation Paralegal in a law firm
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a busy work environment
