Responsibilities
- Draft, file, and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Conduct legal research and analyze case documents
- Cook with clients, witnesses, experts, and court staff
- Manage evidence and prepare exhibits for depositions and trial
- Maintain organized case records and calendars
Qualifications
- Proven background in civil litigation (state and federal courts)
- Strong knowledge of court rules and procedures
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
