Responsibilities
- Manage case files from inception through trial
- Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts
- Cookordination discovery, document production, and subpoenas
- Aid with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Review and summarize medical records, transcripts, and case documents
- Maintain calendars and litigation deadlines
- Cookordination with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with state and federal court filings
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures
- Experience with discovery and trial preparation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Paralegal certificate preferred
