About the role
This position provides essential support to Paralegals and Attorneys within the Litigation practice group in the Phoenix office, assisting with complex litigation matters, maintaining case files, and ensuring smooth case management throughout all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible
- Assist in discovery, trial preparation, and case management, including document collection, review, and production
- Conduct thorough quality checks on legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards
- Assist in reviewing case law, statutes, and legal precedents relevant to commercial litigation
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to facilitate seamless case progression
- Support e-discovery efforts, ensuring adherence to local and state rules of civil procedure
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program (or a combination of education and experience)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to produce high-quality, error-free work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who can work independently with appropriate supervision while proactively seeking assistance when needed

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the office.
