Our client, a well-established litigation-focused law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support its busy litigation practice. Pay
Compensation range of $65,000 - $78,000 with bonus opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
- Prior litigation experience required
- Experience supporting defense litigation attorneys is preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of litigation procedures and court filing requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence, reports, pleadings, and discovery documents
- Develop and maintain familiarity with case facts, timelines, and litigation strategies
- Manage electronic court filings in both state and federal courts
- Track and organize discovery requests, responses, and document production
- Coordinate communications with witnesses, experts, clients, and other case participants
- Schedule meetings, depositions, and other case-related events
- Review client billing guidelines and assist with compliance requirements
- Format and revise legal documents in accordance with court and firm standards
- Maintain electronic and physical case files, including scanning, filing, and document management
- Coordinate travel arrangements related to litigation matters
- Process expense reports and invoices
