About the role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation - Insurance Defense Non-Equity Partner to join our Concord office. This role is perfect for a legal professional with extensive experience in insurance defense litigation, ready to lead complex cases and mentor junior attorneys. Location: Concord, United States. Work mode: Work from Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage insurance defense litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and depositions
• Mentor and supervise associate attorneys and staff
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in insurance defense litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar license required

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and case management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven courtroom experience with successful outcomes
