Litigation Attorney - Remote - Texas

About the role

Founded almost a century ago, with ten U.S. offices and a few international offices, we are a 200+ attorney national litigation and coverage firm. We serve as counsel to insurance companies, corporations, and financial clients across the country and internationally, handling complex civil litigation from inception through trial. Our platform gives attorneys direct access to sophisticated insurer relationships and a national book of business rarely available outside larger markets. This role handles complex civil litigation defense for insurer and corporate clients, spanning discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Work remote or hybrid remote from Austin or San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Prepare for and conduct depositions
• Handle motion practice on active matters
• Prepare cases for trial
• Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

Requirements

• Texas Bar admission, active and in good standing
• Experience handling litigation matters
