Litigation Attorney - Remote

About the role

We are seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to support an AI training project focused on legal research, litigation strategy, and document analysis. Candidates will apply their legal expertise to evaluate scenarios and improve AI-generated legal content. This is a remote contractor position.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal disputes and develop litigation strategies.
• Research statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Evaluate evidence, contracts, and discovery materials.
• Explain litigation procedures and best practices clearly.
• Collaborate with legal experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with current standards.
• Provide case management recommendations and procedural guidance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Extensive experience in civil or commercial litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Skills

• Experience providing legal consultation or training on litigation topics (preferred).
