Litigation Attorney - Pittsburgh, PA

About the role

The successful candidate will join Clark Hill's energy litigation practice in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week.

Responsibilities

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Experience working with e-discovery software
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Oil and gas experience is preferred but not required

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation practice experience
• An active PA bar license

Pay

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $175,000 to $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.

Schedule

This position is eligible for remote work a few days per week.
