The firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants, offering attorneys the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of matters including insurance defense, construction-related disputes, catastrophic injury, and complex litigation. Attorneys are given meaningful responsibility early on and are encouraged to work across different case types rather than being confined to a single niche. Responsibilities

  • Manage cases from intake through resolution
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
  • Maintain client communication and reporting
  • Handle a mix of insurance defense (premises, construction, auto, etc.) and complex litigation matters

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license (required)
  • 2+ years of litigation experience (open to more senior candidates)
  • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume practice
  • Construction defect experience is a strong plus
  • Insurance defense background preferred
  • Multi-state bar admission (CA, TX, NV) is a bonus
