We are a busy, trial-focused litigation firm with a strong presence in California and an expanding footprint across multiple states. The firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants, offering attorneys the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of matters including insurance defense, construction-related disputes, catastrophic injury, and complex litigation. Attorneys are given meaningful responsibility early on and are encouraged to work across different case types rather than being confined to a single niche. Responsibilities
- Manage cases from intake through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
- Maintain client communication and reporting
- Handle a mix of insurance defense (premises, construction, auto, etc.) and complex litigation matters
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license (required)
- 2+ years of litigation experience (open to more senior candidates)
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume practice
- Construction defect experience is a strong plus
- Insurance defense background preferred
- Multi-state bar admission (CA, TX, NV) is a bonus
