About the role
Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm, seeks a highly skilled litigator with at least seven years of quality experience in commercial litigation to join our growing Seattle office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day conduct of complex, large-document litigation, including developing and implementing discovery strategy.
- Significant skill and experience in the discovery, review and management of ESI.
- Prepare well-written, interesting, cogently argued briefs without supervision on both substantive and procedural topics.
- Significant deposition and witness examination experience.
- Experience in supervising paralegals and perhaps other lawyers.
- Client-relation skills.
Requirements
- Washington Bar membership required.
Qualifications
- Experience managing the day-to-day conduct of complex, large-document litigation, including developing and implementing discovery strategy.

Pay
The estimated salary range for this attorney position in Seattle is between $205,000 - $235,000 annually, depending upon years of experience, plus a very generous objective and subjective bonus program.
Schedule
The successful candidate may work on a hybrid basis, but should be willing to be in office approximately 50% of the time.
