About the role
Candidate must be licensed in Indiana and have at least four years of experience as a practicing attorney in civil litigation. This position will represent clients in a variety of commercial litigation and general liability matters, handling all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a variety of commercial litigation and general liability matters, handling all phases of litigation.
- Show strong research and writing skills, analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with little direction.
- Experience practicing medical malpractice defense is a plus.
