Join a well-established and highly respected San Diego law firm as a Business Litigation Attorney handling sophisticated litigation matters across a variety of practice areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload involving complex business litigation matters.
  • Handle matters involving general business disputes, employment litigation, probate litigation, real estate disputes, healthcare litigation, and data privacy/cybersecurity litigation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
  • Develop litigation strategy and manage cases from inception through resolution.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service.
  • Effectively prioritize multiple matters while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and cultivate client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • 5-10 years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • A small book of business is preferred but not required.
