Job Details

• Representing clients in court or before government agencies.
• Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
• Conducting extensive legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal articles.
• Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
• Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
• Performing risk analysis and advising clients on potential legal issues.
• Providing guidance and counsel to clients on business litigation matters.
• Coinciding with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Proven experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and mediation.
• Solid understanding of corporate law.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
