Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil, insurance defense, personal injury, and commercial litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Conduct depositions, assist in trial preparation, and potentially serve as second-chair during trials.
• Research, draft, and review legal documents such as motions and responses.
• Collaborate within a small team environment, providing analytical and organizational support.
• Travel out of state as needed for case proceedings.

Qualifications

• Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience handling matters through all litigation stages, including depositions and trial.
• Good computer skills; prior deposition and hearing experience preferred.
• Able to produce sample writing such as research memos and motions.

Additional Information

Candidates should submit a resume and writing sample demonstrating their best work. The role is full-time with an annual salary of $135,000 plus bonuses.
