The role
The Personal Injury Attorney will advocate for clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and product liability, working closely with clients to provide empathetic support and expert legal guidance.Responsibilities
- Advocating for clients to achieve favorable settlements or verdicts
- Conducting thorough investigations
- Drafting legal documents
- Negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in Illinois
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
- Career-focused and results-driven
