Litigation Attorney

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Draft, negotiate, and manage written discovery processes
• Take and defend depositions in civil litigation matters
• Appear in court hearings and argue motions when needed
• Assist with case strategy, settlement negotiations, and client communication

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
