Kubicki Draper’s West Palm Beach office is seeking a litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience. Experience or interest in personal injury is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend and chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Negotiate settlements
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Work proficiently with Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Active, good-standing member of the Florida Bar
- Proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
