About the Role

Kubicki Draper’s West Palm Beach office is seeking a litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience. Experience or interest in personal injury is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Attend and chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
• Negotiate settlements
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Work proficiently with Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Active, good-standing member of the Florida Bar
• Proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
