Litigation Attorney

Position Title: Litigation Attorney We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join a well-established civil litigation practice in Costa Mesa, CA. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload involving eminent domain, civil rights, personal injury, tort liability, and public agency litigation. The Litigation Attorney will handle discovery, draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, make court appearances, and collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex legal matters. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in civil litigation, excellent legal research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
