Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all aspects of litigation.
- Draft pleadings.
- Draft and respond to written discovery.
- Conduct depositions.
- Handle client communications.
- Prepare case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
- At least one year of experience in civil litigation.
Qualifications
- Background in transportation law, insurance defense, and/or workers compensation is preferred.

- Strong communication skills.
- Solid analytical and writing skills.
- Ability to work well on a team.
- Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented.

Pay
The annual base salary range anticipated for this position in Ohio is $110,000‑$140,000, depending upon experience. This salary range excludes available bonus opportunities.
