Litigation Associate - Discovery Dispute
About the role
Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, a global law firm, seeks a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 6-9 months of general litigation experience. Experience handling discovery disputes is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and arguing discovery motions and oppositions
- Conducting research
- Drafting meet and confer correspondence
- Attending hearings
Qualifications
- Admitted to the California Bar
- Knowledge of products liability and/or consumer law a plus
- Minimum of 6-9 months of experience handling discovery disputes
- Superior research and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Pay
The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $215,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
