Litigation Associate | Boutique Firm | 1,700 Hour Target

About the role

A well-established boutique litigation firm seeks an Associate with at least 1 year of litigation experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on sophisticated disputes involving construction, contract, and commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced attorneys
• Given meaningful responsibility
• Direct client exposure
• Opportunities to participate in all phases of litigation
• Sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Exposure to depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Direct mentorship from experienced attorneys
• Collaborative seven-attorney firm environment
• Opportunity to develop expertise in a specialized practice area

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of litigation experience
• J.D. from an accredited Law School
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Massachusetts Bar admission, or ability to obtain admission promptly
• Construction law experience is not required

Pay

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience

Schedule

Hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
