Litigation Associate Attorney - Boston, Hartford, or Providence

About the role

Hinckley Allen is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its Boston, Hartford, or Providence office.

Responsibilities

• Representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes
• Experience with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery
• Deposition and/or court appearances

Requirements

• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience
• Admission to the Massachusetts, Connecticut or Rhode Island Bar

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical and writing skills
• Problem-solving skills and judgment
• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills

Pay

Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on office location, as well as education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
