Litigation Associate Attorney
About the Role
Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters, with premises liability experience strongly preferred. While construction-related experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for an attorney with strong litigation skills who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced practice.
Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury matters
- Manage cases and deadlines independently
- Perform legal research, writing, and communication
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience handling personal injury matters
- Premises liability experience preferred
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
