Litigation Associate Attorney

State-wide civil litigation firm is seeking an associate with six years of civil litigation experience. Our practice focuses on high-value Plaintiff's cases, commercial litigation, products liability, and insurance and warranty defense. We're looking for a motivated lawyer that enjoys being a trial advocates and a varied civil practice. We are looking for drive and talent - salary and benefits very competitive. Responsibilities include what you would expect: taking depositions, drafting motions, attending hearings and mediations statewide, and assisting with large plaintiff's cases. We will give you autonomy and the ability to develop as a trial lawyer, with mentorship along the way. Strong research and writing skills mandatory.
