Litigation Associate Attorney

About the role

Woman-owned law firm with offices in California and Nevada, practices in professional liability, employment, public entity, premises liability, and products liability for many cities in California, Insurance Groups, major retailers, and transportation companies. AV Preeminent firm seeking high-quality attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Target of 170 billable hours per month, with bonuses for exceeding hours.

Qualifications

• JD and 3‑7+ years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience, especially in Bodily Injury, Construction Defect, and Employment Law.
• Experience in General Liability or Public Entity is a plus.
• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar (both is a plus).
• Must reside within driving distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, or Las Vegas.

Pay

Salary range: $125,000 – $190,000 per year.

Schedule

Remote or hybrid schedule with a goal of 170 billable hours per month; flexible work schedules available.
