About the role

Our client, a well‑known regional law firm with a national presence, is seeking an attorney with three to six years of commercial litigation experience to join its highly regarded litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Handle document production.
• Take depositions.

Requirements

• Three to six years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong academic background.
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with municipal work.
• Experience in state court litigation.

Compensation

Estimated annual base salary range: $129,000 – $170,000. Actual base salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
