Litigation Associate Attorney

About the role

Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified mid-level Associate to join its Litigation practice group, working from its New York office.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial and financial services litigation
• Work closely with partners and associates to develop and implement litigation strategies
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court and before administrative agencies
• Manage cases from inception through trial and appeal
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of litigation experience from an Am Law 100 law firm
• Preferred experience in New York State court
• Federal clerkship experience is preferred
• Excellent academic and professional credentials
• Highly developed organization, writing, and analytical skills
• Member in good standing of the New York State Bar

Pay

The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $290,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
