Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation filings.
- Conduct detailed legal research and develop strategic analysis for complex disputes.
- Manage discovery processes, including document review and deposition preparation.
- Support matters through all stages of litigation, including hearings and trial preparation.
- Work closely with senior litigators on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.
Who You Are
- 1–6 years of litigation experience at a strong law firm or comparable environment.
- Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, intellectually rigorous, and comfortable in a fast-paced litigation practice.
- Admitted to practice in Utah.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $225,000 – $390,000 DOE
