About the role
A well-established and highly respected boutique litigation firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct legal research and prepare strategic case analyses
- Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Work closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated matters
Qualifications
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience handling discovery, law and motion, and client communications
- Ability to manage deadlines while working independently
