We're partnering with a growing and highly respected business litigation firm seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its collaborative team. Qualifications

• 5+ years of business, commercial, or complex civil litigation experience.
• Experience managing cases from inception through resolution.
• Strong motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearance experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
