Litigation Associate

About the role

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in the Minneapolis office. The firm is an AmLaw100 with a dynamic team practicing in areas including products liability defense, premises liability, breach of warranty, breach of contract, and general commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and argue discovery and other motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage document productions
• Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to a growing office
• Prepare and present oral arguments
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of meaningful experience in civil litigation, class actions, general commercial litigation, and other complex litigation matters
• Experience in products liability or multi-district litigation preferred
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar

Pay

In Minnesota, the salary/wage range is $185,000 - $205,000 annually.

The Litigation Associate will be based in the Minneapolis office of Nelson Mullins, located in Minnesota.
