This position focuses on providing targeted, evidence-based reading instruction to students with Dyslexia and other Language-Based Learning Disabilities. The Literacy Instructor will provide specialized support through small groups and one-to-one instruction, using structured literacy approaches such as Orton-Gillingham and Wilson Reading System. The Literacy Instructor will work closely with classroom teachers, academic support staff, and families to support student progress and promote a nurturing, inclusive learning environment aligned with Augustinian values of truth, unity, and love. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
