Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee the entire property listing process, from crafting listings to marketing materials.
- Carry out detailed market analyses to devise competitive pricing strategies and give clients sound advice.
- Collaborate with photographers, stagers, and others to ensure properties are showcased to perfection.
- Keep clients updated on market conditions, feedback from showings, and make necessary adjustments to the listing strategy.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, always keeping their best interests in mind.
- Stay abreast of local real estate market trends and developments to furnish clients with the latest and most pertinent information.
- Leverage multiple listing services (MLS) and other platforms to boost property visibility and draw interested buyers.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market in Lake Havasu City.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other listing tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
