Responsibilities

• Secure and manage residential listings
• Deliver compelling listing presentations
• Advise clients on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies
• Oversee showings, open houses, and negotiations
• Track activities in our CRM and collaborate with the team

Qualifications

• Active real estate license (RI and/or CT)
• Experience with residential listings preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
